Tutorial: A Gaming Community Theme (Desert Combat)

Presenting a "Desert Combat" Gaming Theme with a Flash banner framing example utilizing a CSS div technique to overlay background images, as well as a method of applying texture to standard boxes, plus various small CSS modifications,
including some new Forum Icons.
If the background of the "Side Panel Boxes" and this "News Box" is transparent instead of translucent as intended, I suggest that perhaps it is time to consider a CSS3 supported Browser.
The Style Sheets have been modified to reflect the latest
CSS3 opacity directives.
